Cleansing Guidelines

  • Level 1: Avoid cleansing for 24 hours
  • Level 2: Avoid cleansing for 48 hours
  • Level 3: Avoid cleansing for 5 days

Products to Avoid

  • No retinoids, exfoliants, or acids for at least 4 weeks
  • Avoid alcohol-based products and harsh chemicals
  • Use recommended Dr. Schrammek skincare post procedure

Sun & Heat Protection

  • Avoid sun exposure — SPF 30+ daily
  • No tanning beds or self-tanners
  • Stay away from saunas and excessive heat
