Follow Kincora Drive and Kincora Boulevard NW out to Symons Valley Road, turn right, and keep straight as it becomes Beddington Trail NW. Then take the ramp onto Stoney Trail eastbound. You will be on Stoney for roughly 15.8 km, around the north end of the city, before exiting at Country Hills Boulevard NE, a short drive from the clinic.
The whole trip is 21.2 km, about 20 minutes in light traffic.

So here is the straightforward version. Half legs are $160 a session and full legs $240. Most people need six to eight sessions, spaced roughly six to eight weeks apart for the body.
