From the Highwood River, the route heads north to Highway 2, either directly or by way of Highway 2A and the Highway 7 connector near Okotoks. Highway 2 becomes Deerfoot Trail at the city limit, and from there Stoney Trail carries you around the east side to Country Hills Blvd NE. Routing data puts the whole trip at about 75 km and 60 minutes (approx.).
That is a two-hour round trip for an appointment that may take 20 minutes. We would rather you know that before booking than discover it on the Deerfoot. If you are already in north Calgary regularly for work, family or shopping, the calculation changes: book your sessions on those days.

Because the drive is the expensive part, the best approach from High River is to do as much as sensible in each appointment:
- Full body. Full body laser treats 16 areas for $499 per session. One trip per cycle covers everything.
- Stack a few areas. Brazilian ($150), underarms ($85) and full arms ($170) fit into one appointment.
- Add skin care. A Signature HydraFacial ($199, 60 min) on a different area than your laser makes a single longer visit worthwhile.

Is It Worth the Hour?
Four things are hard to find together. First, a women-exclusive clinic: every client and every team member is a woman. Second, skin tone. Our Candela GentleMax Pro combines a 755nm Alexandrite for lighter skin with a 1064nm Nd:YAG, which is the usual choice for medium and deep skin, so the settings follow your skin rather than the limits of a single-wavelength device. Third, the hours, seven days including Sunday, and fourth, every price is online before you commit to a two-hour round trip.

How long does it take to drive from High River to Lavish Beauty?

Plan on about an hour each way. Free-flow routing puts it at roughly 75 km and 60 minutes (approx.) from central High River to 1155 Cornerstone Blvd NE, heading north to Highway 2, up Deerfoot and around on Stoney Trail.
Is an hour's drive realistic for a laser series?

Only with a plan. Most people need 6 to 8 sessions several weeks apart, so you are committing to that many round trips. The plans that work best from this distance use full body or combine several areas into each visit, book all dates in advance, and use Saturdays or Sundays.
Would a clinic closer to High River be better?

What happens if I need to cancel because of the roads?
