Airport Trail NE runs east from Deerfoot, passes under the runway through the airport tunnel, and continues toward the north-east communities. From the terminal, you join it off Airport Road, follow it east to 96 Avenue NE, and turn onto Cornerstone Drive. In free-flow traffic that is about 11 minutes (approx.), shorter than many trips across the NE itself.
Where you start on the airport lands makes a difference. Cargo areas and staff lots on the far side of the airfield can add several minutes, and routing from those points comes in closer to 20 minutes. Either way you stay on the north-east road network and never go near downtown traffic.

Booking Around a Roster
Airport schedules rarely follow a Monday-to-Friday pattern, which is why being open seven days matters more here than almost anywhere. A few approaches that work:
- Book your whole laser series at once. Sessions are spaced several weeks apart; picking dates that match your days off keeps the plan on track.
- Use the post-shift gap. Finishing an early shift by early afternoon leaves time for a threading appointment ($10) or an underarm session ($85) before the 7 PM close.
- Go big on a day off. Full body laser ($499) covers 16 areas in one longer appointment.

Laser, Facials and Upcoming Trips
Crew and frequent travellers ask us about timing. Laser-treated skin should be kept out of strong sun, so plan sessions with a gap of about two weeks before a beach destination. For a quick refresh before a trip, a Signature Express Facial ($69, 30 min) or a Signature HydraFacial has no downtime. For summer travel, bikini, Brazilian and arm laser are best started in autumn or winter, since a full series takes months.

How far is Lavish Beauty from Calgary International Airport?

About 11 minutes from the terminal in free-flow traffic (approx.): Airport Road NE to Airport Trail NE, east to 96 Avenue NE, then Cornerstone Drive. From the far side of the airport lands the drive can be closer to 20 minutes, depending on where you park.
I work shifts at the airport. What hours are you open?

Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM, every week. We do not open early or late, so shift workers usually book on a day off or in the gap after an early shift ends. A small-area laser session is often under 30 minutes.
Can I have laser hair removal before a flight or a sun holiday?

Flying itself is not the concern; sun is. Treated skin needs protection from sun and tanning, so we usually suggest leaving about two weeks between a laser session and a beach holiday. Your technician will give you aftercare for your skin at the appointment.
Do you serve the business parks around the airport?

Yes. StoneGate Landing is about 10 minutes away, Westwinds about 14, Horizon about 16 and Sunridge about 18 (approx.). There is free parking at our plaza.
